About the company
Fermify was founded in Vienna in 2021 by Eva Sommer and Christoph Herwig. Employing an interdisciplinary team of 25 experts, the company's goal was – among other things – to revolutionise the dairy industry by producing animal-free cheese and dairy products using bioprocess technology.
